Sports & recreation facilities are free of charge for members and room guests (except the Yoga and bootcamp classes).
Outside guests (introduced by members) and other club card holders can make use of the Dutch Club’s facilities against paying a contribution fee.
Swimming, tennis & squash: BDT 500.
Football and volleyball: BDT 200.

Cool down and unwind after a stressful day or sunbathe and catch up with other members during the weekend at our swimming pool.
There is a separate toddler pool for kids. Swimming lessons for children are available on request.
Children under the age of 12 old are only permitted to swim under parental supervision.
The club offers an airconditioned gym. Both strength training and cardio equipment is available for members and guesthouse guests.
Our gym is daily open from 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM
The Club offers one tennis court and one multi-purpose court. The side (multi-purpose) court is used for sports such as tennis, soccer, volleyball, bootcamp and basketball; a great outdoor playground for ball games. Please check the activities section for more details.
Members and their guests are invited to use our courts to play either a social or competitive game. Reservations can be made during weekdays.
On Fridays, Saturdays, hartals, holidays and during weekdays from 5 PM until 7:45 PM, the court is reserved for “Social Tennis”. During social tennis you cannot make reservations: play is on first-come-first-serve basis.
Tennis tournaments are held a few times a year for you to socialize with the large community of tennis lovers at the Club. Once a year an inter-club tennis tournament is held in which participants can compete with members of other expat clubs.
For our squash loving members, the Dutch Club offers an air-conditioned squash hall. Reservations can be made during weekdays. On Fridays, Saturdays, hartals, holidays and during weekdays from 5 PM until 7:45 PM, the court is reserved for “Social Squash”.
The squash court is also used for activities such as Yoga and Bootcamp (only in case of rain). Please check the activities section for more details.
The Dutch Club offers a variety of fitness classes such as Yoga and Bootcamp.
The Yoga classes at the Dutch Club are for all levels. During these classes you will focus on stretching and strength with core exercises.
Yoga classes will be held at the squash court on Sundays (7:30 PM – 8:30 PM) and Wednesday (8:00 PM – 9:00 PM). For more info, you can contact our Yoga teacher Karine (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Join our unstoppable fitness formula Bootcamp to get fit and strong. Our bootcamp classes are held on Mondays (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM), Wednesdays (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM). You can purchase a punch card for BDT 3.000 which is redeemable for 10 Bootcamp classes. All classes are held on the side (multi-purpose) court or squash court (in case of rain)
Every Sunday and Wednesday evening one can play football at the multi-purpose court at the Dutch Club.
Every Tuesday evening the multi-purpose court is reserved to play volleyball.
