The Board
The Board oversees all activities of the club and is responsible for conducting a yearly audit, performed by an external agency. It consists of seven members — President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Security & Maintenance, Sport & Events, F&B and HR delegates — elected each year at the general assembly.

- ·Members may access the club at any time during opening hours.
- ·Each member may invite up to two guests for food and drink. Guests must bring their official ID card and may stay for the duration of their host's visit.
- ·To bring additional guests, inform the General Manager at least 24 hours in advance to obtain permission.
- ·Members of other expat clubs may also access the club during opening hours.
- ·Some parts of the club are reserved exclusively for members.
